10th north-south ministerial talks proposed

Pyongyang, April 19 (KCNA) -- The head of the north side to the north-south ministerial talks today sent a telephone message through Panmunjom to the chief delegate of the south side as regards the 10th talks. In the message the head of the north side put forward a proposal to have the 10th north-south ministerial talks in Pyongyang from April 27 to 29, stressing the need to resourcefully settle the issue of inter-Korean relations by the nation itself through national cooperation.
