V-O-A's Paula Wolfson reports U-S, North Korean and Chinese officials plan to meet Wednesday in Beijing to discuss the matter. TEXT: The president says the outlook for progress is good. ///BUSH ACT/// I believe that all four of us, working together, have a good chance of convincing North Korea to abandon her ambitions to develop a nuclear arsenal. ///END ACT// Speaking to reporters after attending Easter services at an army base not far from his Texas ranch, Mr. Bush singled out China for praise. He said Beijing is following through on its pledge to help keep the Korean peninsula free of nuclear arms. ///BUSH ACT/// Now that they are engaged in the process, it is more likely that's going to occur. ///END ACT/// It is still unclear if the Beijing talks will open as scheduled due to confusion surrounding a North Korean statement last Friday dealing with its nuclear program.
