Majority of UNSC members stand for peaceful solution to Korean nuclear issue
KCNA
Pyongyang, April 12 (KCNA) -- A closed meeting of the UN Security Council was held on April 9 to discuss the DPRK's "nuclear issue".
At the meeting, only the United States and one more country worked hard to have the UNSC adopted a resolution on forcing the DPRK to retract its withdrawal from the NPT.
But most of member countries of the UNSC opposed the stand of the U.S., asserting that the nuclear issue should be peacefully solved between the DPRK and the U.S.
The meeting thus ended up without adopting any document.
