Establishment of Juche character called for

Pyongyang, March 7 (KCNA) -- It is the way of successfully accomplishing the cause of national reunification to invariably preserve the Juche character, says Rodong Sinmun today in a signed article.

The establishment of the Juche character is a fundamental requirement for accomplishing the cause of national reunification.
Preserving the Juche character in carrying out the cause of national reunification means letting the Korean nation achieve reunification by its own efforts on its responsibility.
Any progress in the cause of reunification would be unthinkable without the establishment of the Juche character.
The Korean nation was artificially divided into two parts owing to the foreign forces. so nothing is more important for the nation than achieving the reunification of the country.
The cause of national reunification is the cause of national independence as it should be pushed forward according to the faith and will of the Korean nation.
The cause can never be accomplished if Koreans try to solve the issue of reunification according to other's intention and help.
The cause of national reunification is the cause of the whole nation that should be accomplished by its own efforts.
The victorious advance of their cause hinges on the great unity of the nation.
Kim Jong Il put forward the line and policies of national reunification consistent with the Juche character and has wisely led the struggle to materialize them. As a result, the June 15 Joint Declaration was adopted and the era of independent reunification has begun.
All the Koreans in the north, the south and abroad will work hard to accomplish the cause of national reunification under Kim Jong Il's steermanship and thus glorify dignity and honor of Kim Il Sung's nation.
