Minju Joson on U.S. plan for war against north
Pyongyang, January 26 (KCNA) -- The new "operation plan" recently being worked out by the U.S. imperialists shows that they are frantically striving to stifle the DPRK behind the scene of their clamor for "peaceful solution" of the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula. Minju Joson today says this in a commentary.It goes on:
The "contingency plan" to arm the U.S. troops in South Korea and the South Korean army with up-to-date military equipment is a plan for war provocation against the DPRK.
The U.S. is talking about "aggression on the south" and "situation in case of emergency" in a bid to justify the plan. This is none other than a pretext to mislead the public.
Frankly speaking, but for the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK, there can be no "possible situation" and "contingent situation."
The U.S. moves for the "contingency plan" aiming to rig up an accidental conflict and find a pretext for a war are increasing the danger of a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula.
The U.S. imperialists should immediately stop scheming to provoke an adventurous nuclear war against the DPRK.
