North side's delegation leaves for inter-Korean ministerial talks
Pyongyang, January 21 (KCNA) -- The north side's delegation led by Kim Ryong Song, chief counsellor of the DPRK Cabinet, today left Pyongyang to participate in the 9th North-South Ministerial Talks to be held in Seoul.
The delegation was seen off at the airport by minister of culture Kang Nung Su, director of the secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland An Kyong Ho and first vice-chairman of the State Planning Commission Pak Chang Ryon who is the north side's chairman of the Committee for the Promotion of the North-South Economic Cooperation and other officials concerned.
