Kim Jong Il receives special envoy of Russian President
  Pyongyang, January 20 (KCNA) - General Secretary Kim Jong Il ,
Monday received A.P. Losyukov, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia who is a special envoy of the Russian President on a visit to the DPRK, and his party.
Present there were Kang Sok Ju, first Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, and Andrei Gennadievich Karlov, Russian Ambassador to the DPRK.
The special envoy conveyed a personal letter from President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin to Kim Jong Il.
He expresses thanks for it and conversed with the special envoy in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
He hosted a luncheon in honor of the guests.
