    Pyongyang, December 12 (KCNA) -- Paek Nam Sun, foreign minister of the DPRK, met and conversed with the Troika delegation of the European Union led by Guido Martini, director general of the Italian Foreign Ministry, who is heading the delegation at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Dec. 11.
