New Kind of Grinder Made in DPRK

Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) -- Mechanical scientists under the Academy of Sciences of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea have made a diamond grinder.
It makes it possible to precisely and effectively process various kinds of hard alloy tools, brittle inorganic materials and gems.
The grinder is divided into plate, cylinder and bowl shapes and into two kinds of abrasing rough and precision things.
Its initial velocity is 15-20 meters per second, polished things are cooled in wet and dry way and gnawing amount is 0.01-0.05mm.
The machine is popular for its precision and effective abrasion and long serviceable life.
