- Rodong Sinmun on DPRK's Nuclear Deterrent KCNA 02 Sept 2003-- The U.S. bellicose forces these days are throwing together the balderdash that the DPRK's nuclear deterrent is intended to "threaten and blackmail" somebody and to be sold to other countries and it may strike U.S. cities when it finds its way into the hands of terrorists.
