DPRK Women's Soccer Team Beats German Team

Taegu, August 22 (KCNA-Correspondent) -- The DPRK women's soccer team beat the German team 6:0 in the preliminary match of the 22nd Universiad on August 22.
The first goal came at the around 8th minute of the match when center forward Ri Un Sim strongly kicked into the rival's goal the ball passed by midfielder Mun Chol Mi from the leftside of the scoring area.
And its second goal came at the 10th minute of the match when Mun Chol Mi made a strong penalty kick from an area 16 meters from the opponent's goal and the ball was netted after touching the rival team goalkeeper's hand
The team scored the third goal 17 minutes before the end of the first half of the match when forward Kim Yong Ae kicked the ball into the net.
One more goal was scored by midfielder Kim Kyong Hwa at the around 10th minute of the second half of the match and then two more goals were won by back So Chun Myong. The match thus ended 6:0.
12 teams including the DPRK women's soccer team will have league matches in four groups and a winner and a runner-up in each group will hold a tournament.
