North side's delegation leaves for Seoul

Pyongyang, July 9 (KCNA) -- The north side's delegation led by Kim Ryong Song, chief councillor of the DPRK cabinet, left here today to participate in the 11th inter-Korean ministerial talks to be held in Seoul. It was seen off at the airport by Minister of Culture Kang Nung Su, director of the secretariat of the committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland An Kyong Ho, first vice-chairman of the state planning commission Pak Chang Ryon who is chairman of the north side of the north-south committee for the promotion of economic cooperation and officials concerned.
