SPA Presidium decree issued

    Pyongyang, July 3 (KCNA) - The Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on July 1 issued a decree on dismissing Minister of the People's Security Paek Hak Rim and appointing Choe Ryong Su in the former's place.
