Implementation of June 15 joint declaration urged in S. Korea
KCNA
Pyongyang, June 22 (KCNA) -- Han Sang Ryol, permanent representative of the Reunification Solidarity for the Implementation of the June 15 South-North Joint Declaration and Peace on the Korean Peninsula, was reportedly interviewed by a reporter of Tongil News on June 13 on the occasion of the third anniversary of the declaration.
He said that in the course of successfully holding south-north joint functions for three years he came to keenly realize that it is important for solving the issue of the nation for the Koreans to unite as one whenever he met with fellow countrymen in the north.
Recalling that the united states is getting more undisguised in its moves to start a nuclear war against the north and hamstring the implementation of the joint declaration and the South Korean authorities are involved in the moves, he dismissed the South Korea-U.S.-Japan cooperation pursuant to the U.S. unilateral policy is nothing but vicious cooperation for war and national ruin.
Noting that the only way out for the Korean nation is to implement the joint declaration, he called on the Koreans to pool efforts and unite in order to avert a crisis of nuclear war and defend peace on the Korean Peninsula.
