Withdrawal of Japan's laws on "emergency" demanded
KCNA
Pyongyang, June 16 (KCNA) -- The south headquarters of the National Alliance of Youth and Students for the Country's Reunification reportedly issued a statement on June 9 demanding Japan withdraw its laws on "emergency".
The statement branded those laws as the most dangerous ones fully revealing Japan's plan to start a war against Korea.
Japan adopted laws on war of aggression, while letting loose a spate of outbursts, utterly indifferent to the issue of making an apology and compensation for its past crimes, the statement said, adding that this is a gross violation of the destiny of our nation. It called for launching a vigorous struggle for the withdrawal of the laws on "emergency".
Earlier, the South Korean Federation of University Student Councils issued a statement disclosing the bellicose nature of the laws.
