U.S. imperialists' aggressive nature remains unchanged

KCNA

Pyongyang, June 5 (KCNA) -- The aggressive nature of imperialism remains unchanged as long as its socio-economic foundation exists though its strength may gets weak. Rodong Sinmun today says this in a signed article. It cites historical facts to prove that the whole course covered by U.S. imperialism has been recorded with bloody aggression and war as well as bestial murder and brigandish plunder.
Noting that the design of the U.S. imperialists to dominate the world through aggression and war remains unchanged in the 21st century, too, the article says: This is clearly evidenced by what the Bush regime has perpetrated in the new century.
It is the general goal of the Bush regime to stifle those countries which lack faith and are weak in defence capacity and anti-imperialist independent countries and force all the countries of the world to "recognize" and follow the U.S. as the only superpower with its strategy of "anti-terrorism war" and thus build a unipolar world, the article says, and goes on:
The aggressive nature of the U.S. imperialists at present finds a most vivid expression on the Korean Peninsula. That is why the Bush ruling group is pushing the DPRK-U.S. belligerent relations to an explosive phase.
The U.S. imperialists are keen to start the second Korean war in a bid to stem the trend of the present century towards peace and detente and build a unipolar world at any cost.
The world peace and security can not be guaranteed as long as the U.S. imperialists stay and they continue clinging to their strategy of aggression and war to dominate the world.
