SPA Presidium decree promulgated

Pyongyang, June 3 (KCNA) -- The Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea promulgated a decree Monday on placing Kaephung and Jangphung counties under the jurisdiction of North Hwanghae Province. According to the decree, the two counties will belong to North Hwanghae Province and the DPRK cabinet take practical measures to execute the decree.
