SPA Chairman meets delegation of U.S. congressmen

Pyongyang, May 31 (KCNA) -- Choe Thae Bok, Chairman of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, met and conversed with the delegation of U.S. congressmen led by Curt Weldon, vice-chairman of the Armed Services Committee of the House of Representatives, who paid a courtesy call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall today.
On the occasion both sides exchanged views on the issue of relations between the two parliaments and the DPRK-U.S. pending questions.
Foreign Minister Paek Nam Sun met and had a talk with the delegation at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on the same day.
On hand were vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan and officials concerned.
On the occasion deep-going views on the nuclear issue and other DPRK-U.S. pending questions were exchanged.
