North Korea recently published a propaganda memoir to mark the first year of ROK's
Government of the People, and accused the ROK gov't of "catering to foreign powers and
national treason". They also labeled ROK 'unwilling to pursue serious dialogue' in response to
the south's call for dialogue 'without conditions', and insisted on abolition of the National
Security Law and other conditions put forward as prerequisites to InterKorean dialogue. |
