In the course of the telephone conversation, Vladimir Putin warmly congratulated President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on his resounding victory in the presidential election and wished him continued success in the highest state office.

The President of Russia also sent a message of congratulations to Alexander Lukashenko.
