Mr Aleinik,
The high-level international conference Eurasian Security: Reality and Prospects in a Changing World is a timely event. Tomorrow we will speak about this publicly. I am positive that we will find an opportunity to discuss this issue during bilateral meetings with our Belarusian friends and other participants in the conference.
Efforts to move towards creating a Eurasian platform, system and security structure are long overdue. There is no organisation that can address all problems on our continent.
There is the OSCE, which involves a smaller part of the Eurasian continent. But this organisation has seen better days and is failing to fulfil its purpose.
We also have ASEAN, the SCO, the CSTO, and the EAEU. However, making use of the competitive advantages that come from a common space for the benefit our nations and peoples will be difficult without unifying all these organisations operating on the continent. We are looking forward to tomorrow's discussion and expect it to be useful.
