(U) The 5-channel MAGR provides full accuracy, P-Code GPS navigation capability either as a stand-alone system or when integrated with an existing aiding source such as Inertial Navigation System (INS), Doppler Reference System, or Attitude Heading Reference System for airborne platforms.

(U) The 5-channel MAGR provides full accuracy, P-Code navigation capability to a variety of airborne platforms. The versatile MAGR family includes a variety of power supply options, RF or IF input signals, as well as Selective Availability/Antispoofing (SA/AS) capability and the availability of a National Security Agency endorsed Precise Positioning Service-Security Module (PPS-SM). Recent development has added additional channels. These 10, 18 and 24 channel RF version receivers are now part of the MAGR product line.
(U) The Miniaturized Airborne Global Positioning System Receiver (MAGR) is a standard DoD airborne GPS system. It has been chosen by all U.S. military branches. Small and lightweight, the 11 pound unit is designed especially for space-constrained aircraft.
(U) The 5-channel receiver provides full accuracy, P/Y-Code GPS capability to a wide variety of platforms, including F/A-18, AV-8B, F-117A, and B-2. It can accommodate many interfaces, provides a number of options, including selective availability and anti-spoofing with a PPS security module card, and can be integrated with existing Inertial Navigation System (INS) and Doppler systems.User Impact (U):
