• Taiwan reports 15,625 new COVID-19 cases, 40 deaths CNA 17 Dec 2022 -- Taiwan's Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) reported 15,625 new COVID-19 infections on Saturday, all but 161 of which were domestic cases, as well as 40 deaths from the disease.
