A. No. 1 - uniform of commissioned officers ceremony - soldiers
Where to use: a) toughness medal, medal: - Provision for celebration: the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam 03/2; victory 30/4; National Day 02/9; founding the People's Army of Vietnam Worn 22/12.- National Day 02/9; founding of the People's Army Vietnam 22/12. Army Soldier protective factor in any period; honor soldiers at a reception in the unit; Guards in the ceremony held by the unit outdoors.
b) Putting stem Medal Medal: - Provision of holidays by the State, Ministry of Defence and organizational units outside the prescribed ceremony supple Medal. - To be worn in the day Lunar New Year. - Technical meeting to announce, Congress Party, Congress of mass organizations by organizational unit.

C. Number 2 - uniforms used by commissioned officers - soldiers
Where to use: In studying, working, living, daily work.- When the cold weather: Warm cotton dressed, carrying the insignia on the lapel badges combine collar; print name plates on right chest; shirt waist belt, belt courses between belly. When meetings and activities focused commander wearing uniform regulations.
D. Number 2a - uniforms used by practitioners trained officers
Where to use: In studying, working, living, daily work.
- When cold weather: Warm cotton dressed, carrying the insignia on the shoulder shirt, carrying an average background strain associated insignia, army, professions on the collar lapel; print name plates on right chest; shirt waist belt, belt courses between belly shirt. When meetings and activities focused commander wearing uniform regulations.
E. Number 3 - uniform field of noncommissioned officers - soldiers, cadets
Where to use: - In sports training outside school, rehearsal, practice marching, military seminars. - In combat, combat service. - During labor, in rescuing victims.
