Nizhyn Central Repair Plant #277

Nizhyn Central Repair Plant #277 is the state-run MOD of Ukraine enterprise, that specialized in electrical engineering and technical military equipment development and servicing.

The plant was founded in 1981.

• ÀB-2, ÀB-4 electronic unit (gasoline engines UD-1, UD-2, UD-15, UD-25 exchange to diesel SN-6D-11);
• ÀB-8 electronic unit (gasoline engine "Moskvich" exchange to diesel 2DÒ);
• ÀB-12 electronic unit (gasoline engine ZMZ-3312 exchange to diesel 4"CH"-8,5/11);
• ÀD-30, ÅSD-30 electronic unit (diesel YAZ-204G exchange to SÌD-15Å);
• ÀD-100, ÅDS-100 electronic unit (generator GSF-100Ì exchange to generator LSA 44. 1L7L, made in France);
• ÀDB-306-3125 welding units (gasoline engine ZÌZ-3312 exchange to diesel 4"CH"-8,5/11).

Major overhaul:

• Gasoline electronic power stations and electronic units ÀB-1, -2, -4, -8, -12, -16, ÅSB-4, -8, -12-type (with power 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8 kilowatt);
• Diesel electronic power stations and electronic units ÀD-10, -20, -30, -50, -60, -75, -100, -200, ÅSD-10, -20, -30, -50, -60, -75, -100, -200, PÅS-100 (with power 10 , 20 , 30 , 50 , 60 , 75 , 100 , 200 kilowatt);
• Diesel power supply stations for AAD units: 5Å-65, 5Å-93, 5Å-96, 5Å-97, SP-2000, SP-1, SP-2, VPL-30;
• ²ÌP, U̲V, ÌB², RVÌ-1, RVÌ-2, D²Ì, RSHÌ-type mine sweeping devices;
• Portable welding units of any modification;
• UD-1, -2, -15, -25, 2CH-8.5/11, 4CH-8.5/11, D-144, D-37, 1D-6, 1D-12 diesel engines.

Repair:

• Arc spraying method of the components;
• Components building-up under the flux method.

• Two phase welding unit ÀS-8 (engine D-114, generator GD-4005).
