Kyiv Automobile Repair Plant # 83 - is the state-run MOD of Ukraine enterprise that performs armament, military equipment, load vehicles and their engines and units major overhaul, motor-car preventive råpair, spare parts, technological equipment and tools production.

The plant was established in 1944.
