13th Infantry Regiment
The 13th Infantry Regiment was originally activated as the 13th Regiment on May 4, 1948 at Onyang and was first commanded by Lt. Col. Lee Ch'i Op. The unit was not initially assigned to a division but was assigned to the 1st Division following that units activation in May 1949.
