520th Air Base Wing
The mission of the 520th Air Base Wing's is to provide, operate and maintain base-wide services, facilities and security of Villamor Air Base. The Wing operates no planes of its own, but instead provides services like base security, policing and building maintenance.
The unit was first activated 1 August 1967 at Nichols Air Base. Nichols Air Base was renamed Jesus Villamor Air Base in 1982.
