Notes
1 - The Lao government reported receiving approximately 40 riverine patrol craft in 1985 from the Soviet Union. At least some of these were Sheml-class torpedo boats, but other types were also reported to have been received. In addition, it is likely that some number of riverine craft supplied by the US during the 1960s and 1970s remain in service, though likely with the benefit of significant overhauls.
2 - Four small landing craft were reported to be in service, but it was unclear what type of craft these were. Most sources assume that the craft were remnants from deliveries made by the US during the 1960s and 1970s.
