Eastern Army [Tobu Direction Party]

The Eastern Army, headquartered Ichikawa, respectively, each has two divisions. The Eastern Army [Tobu Direction Party] includes the he 2nd anti-aircraft artillery group (Matsudo city), 1st facility group (Nerima Ku), 1st Training Brigade (Yokosuka city) and the Tobu direction party directly controled unit. Tobu direction general section is headquartered at the Asaka camp.

The unit insignia is the Japanese symbol for the cherry tree in the base, being something which the letter of Tobu direction party "east" to design letter is converted.
