Amir Hamudi Hasan al-Sadi

Amir Hamudi Hasan al-Sadi was Saddam Hussein's Presidential scientific Advisor. In this position, he often dealt with United Nations' weapons inspectors.

He surrendered to Coalition forces in Baghdad on April 12, 2003. His surrender was filmed by a German Televisio crew, to whom it told that Iraq did not have nuclear, chemical or biological weapons. According to him, Iraq's nuclear program ended in 1991.
