Notes
1 - The 2 former Kortenaer-class frigates had been divested and were in the process of being converted into luxury yachts as of 2008.
2 - These vessels are operated by the UAE's Coast Guard, an element of the Ministry of the Interior.
3 - In 2004, the UAE reportedly purchased 2 Australian Bay catamaran mine hunters. The status of these ships is unclear.
