C 1200 Corvette

C 1200 is a monohull vessel, designed to perform offshore patrol, act as command & control ship, conduct special forces operation, equipped with conventional diesel propulsion system, conforming naval norms/standarts and clasification rules.


C 1200 has been mainly designed for the following tasks:

  • Acting as command&control ship and participating in selected offensive operations
  • Economic exclusive zone (EEZ) monitoring&surveillance
  • Naval and Law enforcement applications
  • Coastal and offshore patrol&monitoring
  • Conducting anti-surface operations

  • Air and surface surveillance and sea control includinghelicopter operations

  • Engagement of surface and air targets

  • Naval Gunfire Support (NGFS)

  • Conducting Electronic Warfare (EW)

  • Protection of sealines linking harbours to open seas

  • Conducting special forces operations

     

    C 1200 has the following capabilities;

  • Full operability at sea state 5, with limitations at sea state 7, active/passive antirolling system

  • Reduced Radar Cross Section (RCS)

  • SSM launching System
  • SAM launching System

  • Helicopter deck for 1 x 10 t. helicopter

     

    This design has been developed in strategic partnership with STM A.S.
