M788 (TP) Target Practice
30mm Light Weight Ammunition
Olin, Marian IL, is expected to begin delivery of 109,000 M788 TP Cartridges under contract from Rock Island. Production requirements to support training amounts to 700K M788 TP cartridges as an annual average.
The Weapon System Matrix Management Team Charter No. 4-92 for the Lightweight (LW) 30mm Ammunition Program was signed by Major General Paul L. Greenberg on 4 June 1993.
