Major General Carl Strock is a registered professional engineer serving 32 years in the Army having commanded two engineer divisions, a mechanized engineer brigade, an airborne engineer battalion, a mechanized infantry company, and a Special Forces detachment. He has also served as installation chief of staff, a personnel officer of the Army General Staff and instructor at the British Royal School of military engineering.
