Nimbus Stream
In July 1975, an Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron TWELVE detachment returned to the Mediterranean to participate in Operation NIMBUS STREAM, the clearing of mines from the coastal waters of the United Arab Republic of Egypt. Operation NIMBUS STREAM was successfully completed in October 1975.
