Michael H. Mobbs
Civil Adminstration
From January 1982 until December 1985, Mr. Mobbs served as the Secretary of Defense Representative to the Strategic Arms Reduction Talks for Caspar Weinberger and Assistant Secretary Richard Perle. In December 1985, Mr. Mobbs was appointed as Assistant Director (Strategic Programs) of the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, dealing with ballistic missile research and development as well as ABM treaty issues.
Recently Mr. Mobbs served as head of the Energy Infrastructure Planning Group within the Department of Defense.
