Lewis W. Lucke
Reconstruction
Lewis Lucke has served for 24 years at the U.S. Agency for International Development ((USAID) in seven overseas posts, including Mali, Senegal and Costa Rica.
From 1990 to 1992 he helped administer development projects in Tunisia, and headed a development project in South America.
In 1993, he became the deputy mission director in Bolivia focusing on judicial reform and child health issues.
Prior to being assigned to Iraqi, is last two assignments were as mission director for projects in Jordan and Haiti.
