GLOSSARY OF ACRONYMS AND TERMS


To establish credibility and eliminate misunderstandings with supported Drug Law Enforcement Agencies (DLEAs), it is absolutely essential that military leaders become familiar with DLEA acronyms and terminology. This glossary is a compliation of the most commonly used terms and acronyms used by DLEAs when requesting military CD support.

Note: Acronyms in parenthesis denote parent agency. For example: ARC(E) is a subordinate element of U.S. Customs.
