The Field Artillery School has published TC 6-71, A Maneuver Commander's Guide to Fire Support. This pocket size guide has a wealth of information for both the fire supporter and the maneuver commander. Copies can be ordered through normal publications channels.
The Field Artillery School has completed staffing three new Field Manuals and will begin distribution during FY90. They are FM 6-20-30, Fire Support for Corps and Division; FM 6-20-40, Fire Support for Brigade Operations (Heavy); FM 6-20-50, Fire Support for Brigade Operations (Light).
