C-F-1. To serve as a liaison and interface between US unique transportation systems and HN terminal transfer units. Assigned to a COSCOM when employed in a Corps area or to a TRANSCOM when employed at EAC and attached to a HN transportation battalion.

C-F-2. Provides operational mission coordination functions (taskings) to HN transportation battalion consisting of various transportation truck units and two terminal transfer companies.

C-F-3. This team is responsible for the following:

• Consolidates and forwards transportation management reports from HN units.
• Coordinates mission taskings between US MCC and HN terminal transfer units.
• This unit is not adaptable to a type B organization.
• Individuals of this organization can assist in the coordinated defense of the unit's area or installation.
