Movement Control
TRANSPORTATION MOVEMENT CONTROL AGENCY (TOE 55603L000)
MISSION AND ASSIGNMENT
C-B-1. To command and supervise attached or assigned units and teams engaged in movement control and highway regulation. To provide movements management, highway regulation, and coordination as required, for personnel and materiel movements into, within, and out of the TA. This organization is assigned to the TA.
CAPABILITIES
C-B-2. At level 1, on a 24-hour basis, this unit provides command and control of assigned or attached units or teams. When augmented by teams from TOE 55580LXXX, this unit provides:
- Central organization and field offices necessary to perform movement control services in support of a TA.
- Supplemental movement management for personnel and materiel (except bulk POL by pipeline) into, within, or out of the TA.
- Highway regulation within the TA.
TRANSPORTATION MOVEMENT CONTROL CENTER (TOE 55604L000)
MISSION AND ASSIGNMENT
C-B-3. MCC provides centralized movement control and highway regulation in the Corps AO. The Corps G4 exercises staff supervision for movements and oversees the fulfillment of the commander's logistics priorities.
CAPABILITIES
C-B-4. The MCC provides movement control for personnel, mail, and materiel moving into, within, or out of the Corps area. It accomplishes this mission by using attached MCTs and movement regulation teams.
MOVEMENT CONTROL TEAM, REGION (TOE 55580LD00)
MISSION AND ASSIGNMENT
C-B-5. To perform movement control functions for personnel and material (except bulk POL). Teams are normally assigned to a Transportation Movement Control Agency or Transportation MCC. Teams may be attached or assigned to other transportation units or they may be organized into structured units to meet requirements not provided for in standard TOE.
CAPABILITIES
C-B-6. Coordinates the activities of up to ten subordinate MCTs on a two-shift basis. May be used as a movement element in support of tactical force where employment of a transportation MCC is not warranted.
MOVEMENT CONTROL TEAM (TOE 55580LA00)
MISSION AND ASSIGNMENT
C-B-7. Provides technical expertise in the functional areas of transportation, medical services, adjutant general, and supply to coordinate with functional counterparts in the TA area command and COSCOM. The teams are normally assigned to a Transportation Movement Control Agency or Transportation MCC. Teams may be attached or assigned to other transportation units or they may be organized into structured units to meet requirements not provided for in standard TOE.
CAPABILITIES
C-B-8. The team provides liaison with the US Air Force terminal commander on matters associated with expediting the clearance of Army cargo and personnel arriving by US Air Force aircraft and coordinating local movement of retrograde or resupply cargo and personnel as required for deployment movement of Army tactical forces.

MISSION AND ASSIGNMENT
C-B-9. To perform movement control functions for personnel and material (except bulk POL by pipeline). The teams are normally assigned to a Transportation Movement Control Agency or Transportation MCC. Teams may be attached or assigned to other transportation units or they may be organized into structured units to meet requirements not provided for in standard TOE.
CAPABILITIES
C-B-10. Provides single-shift movement control functions at a two ship LOTS terminal, one or two ship fixed water terminal, or an inland transfer point. Attachment of one or more additional like teams can be structured to provide multiple shift capability.

C-B-11. To perform movement control functions for personnel and material (except bulk POL by pipeline). The teams are normally assigned to a Transportation Movement Control Agency or Transportation MCC. Teams may be attached or assigned to other transportation units or they may be organized into structured units to meet requirements not provided for in standard TOE.
CAPABILITIES
C-B-12. Provides single-shift movement control functions in support of GS supply and/or maintenance activities, a four ship fixed water terminal operation, or a rail or motor terminal. Attachment of one or more additional like teams can be structured to provide multiple shift capability.

MISSION AND ASSIGNMENT
C-B-13. To coordinate the expeditious clearance of Army cargo and personnel from US Air Force terminals and the arrival of retrograde or resupply cargo and personnel. The teams are normally assigned to a Transportation Movement Control Agency or Transportation MCC. Teams may be attached or assigned to other transportation units or they may be organized into structured units to meet requirements not provided for in standard TOE.
CAPABILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
C-B-14. Performs the following movement control functions on a two-shift basis:
- Expedites the clearance of Army cargo and personnel arriving at a US Air Force terminal.
- Coordinates local movement of retrograde or resupply cargo and personnel.
- Provides technical expertise in the functional areas of transportation, medical services, adjutant general, and supply to coordinate with functional counterparts in the TA area command and/or COSCOM.
- Provides liaison with the US Air Force terminal which requires coordination of movement of Army cargo and personnel in accordance with stated capabilities.

MISSION AND ASSIGNMENT
C-B-15. To operate a highway regulation point. To coordinate the movement of authorized traffic and to effect changes in truck or convoy routings. The teams are normally assigned to a Transportation Movement Control Agency or Transportation MCC. Teams may be attached or organized into structured units to meet requirements not provided for in standard TOE.
CAPABILITIES
C-B-16. Observes, follows, and reports progress of vehicles along routes and adjusts movement schedules as necessary on a single-shift basis. Attachment of one or more like teams can be structured to provide multiple shift capability.
