Overview | This is an overview of Mechanized Company/Team In Offensive Operations, IN0810. |

Purpose | The purpose of this subcourse is to identify the basic information necessary to succeed in a mechanized company team offensive operation. This information includes the division of responsibility among key leaders; command relationship with other units and to establish lines of authority and support; actions used for planning, coordinating, executing, and supervising tactical operations; company team organization; offensive operations in which the company team participates; threat defensive employment; considerations governing the conduct of a tactical movement; movement techniques that allow for the greatest amount of flexibility and security; techniques for night attacks and the attack of strongpoints. |

Enrollment Eligibility |
The Army Correspondence Course Program subcourses are available to eligible U.S. Active and Reserve military officers, warrant officers, and enlisted personnel; Reserve Officers' Training Corps, National Guard Officer Candidate School, and West Point cadets; authorized federal civilian employees; Army volunteers (unpaid staff); foreign military; and non-U.S. citizens employed by DOD.
Military personnel must have enough time remaining in service to complete the course/subcourse in which they request enrollment. Note: See the ACCP Catalog for detailed eligibility requirements. |

Enrollment is electronic. To enroll, click on the ENROLL button below to take you to the ACCP LOGON screen. [NOTE: The following instructions apply to the ACCP web site.]
When filling in the subcourse number, enter it exactly as follows: IN0810. After submitting your application, you will receive verification of your enrollment by e-mail, if available, or first class mail. [NOTE: US military students who do not have an e-mail address can obtain one by going to http://www.us.army.mil.] IMPORTANT: You will not be able to access the examination for this subcourse until you have received notification that your enrollment application has been accepted. Until that time, you may informally access the subcourse materials and begin your studies. To do so, follow the link to the RDL, scroll down the list of courses/subcourses, and activate the link to this course/subcourse. |

You do not have to wait for enrollment verification before beginning. You can start immediately. Everything you need to complete the subcourse is provided on-line. You will need no additional materials, nor will any be sent to you. View and study all materials (including practical exercises), and take the final examination. REMINDER: You must have received ACCP subcourse enrollment verification by e-mail before taking the examination. |

Taking the exam |
You must have a valid Reimer Digital Library (RDL) USER-ID and PASSWORD to access the examination. If you do not, go to the RDL Registration Page, provide the requested information, and "Register." You will receive e-mail notification of your USER-ID and a "temporary" PASSWORD. You will then need to reaccess the RDL Registration Page and change the "temporary" PASSWORD to one of your own creation. Guidance is provided on how to construct your PASSWORD. REMINDER: You must have received ACCP subcourse enrollment verification by e-mail before taking the examination. Read the examination administrative instructions very carefully prior to beginning the examination. Some examinations are timed. Once you complete the examination and "submit" your responses, you will receive immediate feedback of your score. If you obtained a passing score, you will also receive subcourse text references for missed questions. Your final official grade (Completion Notice) will be provided by e-mail, if available, or first class mail. If you did not obtain a passing score, you may retake the examination after a time lapse of 24-hours from computer processing of your initial attempt. |
