Israeli occupation forces have escalated their operations in the Gaza Strip, conducting targeted raids and artillery bombardments in direct contravention of the existing ceasefire agreement. These strikes have affected multiple regions of Gaza, including the north, south, east, and central areas. The offensive occupation actions have resulted in the demolition of numerous structures and significant civilian casualties. Between October 28 and November 3, 2025, there were 117 confirmed fatalities among the Palestinian population, with an additional 275 individuals reported injured. Recovery efforts have yielded 36 bodies from debris, bringing the confirmed total of documented fatalities to 193, thereby contributing to the overall count of martyrs in the ongoing conflict.

The OIC Media Observatory on Israeli Crimes Against Palestinians documented the martyrdom of 69,941 Palestinians and reported 179,748 injuries occurring between October 7, 2023, and November 3, 2025.

Recent Israeli airstrikes over the past week have coincided with statements from international humanitarian organisations indicating that Israeli authorities are impeding their operations in the Gaza Strip.

Israeli occupation operations in the West Bank resulted in the deaths of seven Palestinians, among them two minors. Additionally, twelve individuals sustained injuries during these events. The Israeli occupation forces conducted arrests, detaining 162 Palestinians, which included seven children. Moreover, a child was reported injured in Al-Khalil (Hebron) amidst the operations.

In a recent series of aggressions targeting children, settlers conducted a raid on the Al-Tahadi School in Tubas, resulting in significant vandalism, including the destruction of school property and forced entry through broken doors. The OIC Observatory reported that Israeli security forces executed 322 incursions over the past week alone, leading to the demolition of nine houses across various Palestinian governorates. The demolitions extended to kiosks, small retail establishments, and segments of house walls within Al-Quds (Jerusalem). During these operations, Israeli occupation forces also employed bulldozers to dismantle flooring within homes, uproot trees, and inflict damage on sewage infrastructure while stripping tiles from residences in the Al-Tur and Sur Baher neighborhoods of Al-Quds. In the village of Jalud in Nablus, land was cleared using bulldozers.

Moreover, in Susya village located in Masafer Yatta, Israeli occupation forces used heavy machinery for seismic surveys aimed at the exploration of natural resources. Further measures included orders to remove and uproot trees spanning 15 dunams in Ras Karkar village and parts of Al-Awrid in Kafr Ni'ma village. Additionally, they confiscated cash and gold jewelry from Palestinian residents across multiple villages in Jenin and Al-Khalil.

In recent reports, settler-related incidents in the West Bank have surged, with a total of 112 documented attacks. These assaults have resulted in the displacement of Palestinian families, particularly in Furush village in Nablus, where armed settlers have targeted local populations. Significant agricultural damage has been recorded, including the destruction of a corn crop and irrigation infrastructure in Khallat Khader, located in the northern Jordan Valley. Settlers have also violently intruded into the Bilal Ibn Rabah Mosque at the Aida refugee camp, launched attacks on funeral processions, and vandalised a mosque in Deir Dibwan village in Ramallah, causing damage to its windows. In a series of destructive acts by the extremist settlers across Ramallah, Hebron, Qalqilya, and Nablus, 14 vehicles were set ablaze, alongside a bulldozer and a factory in Tulkarm.

Additional attacks included the unauthorised grazing of livestock on Palestinian lands in Duma and Al-Mughayyir villages in Ramallah, as well as in Aqwawis and Masafer Yatta in Al-Khalil, and the villages of Al-Minya and Kisan in Bethlehem. They also stole 250 sheep from the village of Ayoun Al-Duyuk Al-Fouqa in Ariha (Jericho), as well as several cows from Khirbet Yarza in Tubas. Additionally, they demolished a barn in Ramallah and another barn in the town of Hawara in Nablus, and they stole agricultural equipment.

The report also highlights incidents during the olive harvest season, where 52 attacks by extremist settlers were recorded, impacting 46 different villages. Extremist settlers obstructed Palestinians from harvesting their olives in 20 villages, while theft of olives occurred in eight villages. Grazing livestock in olive groves was reported in four villages, while roadblocks hindered access to olive fields in three villages. Deliberate destruction of olive trees involved uprooting and burning in seven villages. In Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya near Ramallah, an aggressive settler incursion led to the seizure of a tractor, generator, and harvesting tools from local farmers.

From October 28 to November 3, 2025, 17 settlement-related activities were reported. Notably, the Israeli authorities sanctioned plans for notable expansions, including the Oranit settlement in Siniriya and a new plan for 168 residential units across 159 dunams intended for the Nofim settlement. The confiscation of 5,856 dunams of land in Anata, Al-Quds, has been ordered to facilitate the construction of a settlement access road leading to Neve Prat settlement. Extensive bulldozing of agricultural land has commenced in Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya for similarly aimed infrastructure projects. Further development is underway to establish two new settlement outposts in Kafr Qaddum, Qalqilya, and Anata, Al-Quds, with substantial land being cleared for mobile homes and prefabricated structures.

Extremist settlers engaged in extensive land preparation activities in Idhna and Al-Mughayyir, with the intention of appropriating and cultivating these areas. Significant excavation and bulldozing operations were conducted near the Waterfall Land amusement park in Salfit, along with the installation of iron poles adjacent to a well, indicating plans to establish a new settlement outpost south of Al-Mughayyir. Furthermore, mobile homes have been set up in Burqa, and a temporary structure has been erected in the Khallat Al-Sarar region of Beit Lid. Reports also indicate instances of violence against Palestinian farmers, including the vandalism of their vehicles. In addition, another tent was set up by extremist settlers in Masafer Yatta, where settlers allowed their livestock to roam near Palestinian residences and obstructed Palestinian residents from accessing water for their animals. Other incidents included the vandalisation of a vegetable stall, leading to the confiscation of its goods, and the construction of a settlement road in the Wadi Al-Mughayyir area of Nablus. In Tubas, extremist settlers have fenced off two plots of land with barbed wire: one, approximately 1,200 dunams, is owned by Palestinian landholders and the Latin Patriarchate, while the second plot is in the Al-Farsiya area. These actions appear to be preparatory for further land appropriation. In total, the documented incidents of violence and land-related offences committed by extremist Israeli settlers over the past week have reached 1,511 across various Palestinian territories.
