The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand on the margins of the 15th ASEAN-UN Summit.
The Secretary-General expressed his profound sadness at the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother of Thailand.
The Secretary-General welcomed the close cooperation between Thailand and the United Nations. The Secretary-General and the Prime Minister also discussed regional issues.
