Gaza residents face starvation; 69 children die of malnutrition

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip has announced the worsening situation of starvation due to Israeli-imposed war and siege on the Palestinians residing in this region, according to Qatar's Al Jazeera TV network.
The Gaza Information Office declared that 69 Palestinian children have lost their lives in Gaza due to malnutrition, and 650,000 children are facing death from lack of food and starvation, as reported by Shehab news agency.
The office urged the international community to compel the Israeli regime to halt its policy of imposing starvation on women and children in Gaza.
Abu Obaida, spokesperson for the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, criticized Arab and Islamic officials for their silence in the face of the Israeli atrocities.
The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine said that Israeli occupiers pursue a deliberate policy of hunger and massacre in Gaza.
The resistance movements in Gaza called on people of the region to hold protest rallies near mosques and in main public squares after evening prayers in the West Bank, al-Quds, and the occupied territories on Saturday.
Since October 7, 2023, at least 58,667 Palestinians have been killed, and 139,974 others have been wounded as a result of the aggression by the Israeli regime.
