On 8 July 2025, the Council adopted Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/13491.

The Council has decided that that restrictive measures against one person listed in Annex II to Decision (CFSP) 2015/740 should be maintained and that the entry for that person should be updated.

Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova (Republic of), Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia and Ukraine align themselves with this Council Decision.

They will ensure that their national policies conform to this Council Decision.

The European Union takes note of this commitment and welcomes it.
