It is a pleasure to welcome you back to Brussels. When we met here last year, I said Europe stands shoulder to shoulder with Armenia. European and Armenian relations are now closer than ever before. We have an ambitious Partnership Agenda, and our 270 million euro Resilience and Growth Plan for Armenia shows the depth of Europe's commitment. We know your beautiful country can - and will - play a role in the future of Europe. The draft peace treaty with Azerbaijan is a seismic moment. It brings decades of hostility to a close. I hope the treaty can be signed as soon as possible. Rest assured Europe will continue to help you on your journey.
