The occupation forces mounted the pace of their aggression on the Gaza Strip from 20 to 26 May 2025. According to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation's (OIC) Media Observatory for Israel's Crimes against Palestinians, 491 martyrs fell and 1489 persons were injured. The occupation committed 2,801 crimes across the Palestinian territories.
In the space of a week, the occupation forces targeted the UNRWA's Musa bin Nusair School and Al-Nasr Model School in western Gaza. They perpetrated a massacre at the al-Jarjawi School in Daraj Quarter, a popular market in Deir al Balah, a hospice in central Gaza and a diesel production factory. They bombed and besieged the Al-Awda hospital in Northern Gaza, where several massacres were committed, especially in Jabalya camp. This occurs amid the annihilation, bombing and incineration of entire families, foremost the martyrdom of nine children of a Palestinian woman in southern Gaza, besides the 18,000 Palestinian children killed since the start of the aggression.
The occupation army murdered the civil defense operations director in the strip and prevented the civil defense crews from heading to the areas targeted in Rafah. Over the same period, a journalist was martyred. Meanwhile, the occupation forces deliberately targeted human gatherings. Thus, from 7 October 2023 to 26 May 2025, 55,411 Palestinians martyred and 130,986 wounded.
The Israeli aggression had various reverberations starting with an international movement characterized by the impotence of international aid organizations to the brutality of a US congressional representative calling for "bombing Gaza with nuclear weapons". This is occurring in a context of European countries reassessing their relations with Israel, the occupation force, with the west pouncing upon the recognition of the state of Palestine. Meanwhile, the UN organizations emphasized that the aid entering Gaza is a drop in the bucket of the strip's needs. World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus called on Israel, the occupation force, to show "mercy."
In the West Bank and the occupied city of Jerusalem, the occupation forces carried out 362 incursions, during which they arrested 174 Palestinians, including seven children, and injured six other children. They stormed Al-Kaabneh Bedouin School in northern Jericho. Settlers led by extremist Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in a context of daily incursions into Al-Aqsa.
In a week, the occupation's bulldozers demolished three homes, one in Jerusalem, a park comprising a wedding hall in Bethlehem and an agricultural facility in Deir Jarir village. They set fire to two shops in Kafr alLabad village in Tulkarm. They demolished seven barns and commercial warehouses. They bulldozed lands in Tall 'Asur, Farsh Al-Hawa and Halhul in Hebron. They destroyed greenhouses in Tulkarm and damaged a water tank in Mu'arrajat area in Jericho. They bulldozed a road under construction between Qaffin town and Nazlet Isa village. They uprooted olive trees on a street in Burin and Madama in Nablus. They vandalized cars upon storming the Jalazone refugee camp in Ramallah and confiscated three cars in Al-Khader town in Bethlehem.
Settler's assaults and settlement activities totaled 77. The occupation forces and settlers performed 10 settlement activities. They carried out construction and repair works in the outposts in the old city of Jerusalem. They pitched tents in the plain of Turmus Ayya town in Ramallah, east of Asira al-Qibliya village in Nablus and near Halhul town in Hebron. They set up caravans on agricultural lands in Bruqin in Salfit and a tent near Tell Ma'in archaeological site in Masafer in Yatta town. Other settlers created a 500-m long road on the lands of Al Mughayyir village to enlarge a new outpost.
Meanwhile, settlers bulldozed lands adjacent to the settlement of "Karmei Zur" in Halhul. Additionally, the occupation forces bulldozed dozens of acres of the Al Rakeez lands in Masafer in Yatta town for the purpose of seizing them. The settlers seized and plowed an area of land where they built an irrigation system in Shallal area in Al-Auja town, Ariha. Others erected power poles on lands east of Yatta town up to the "Avigayil" settlement in Hebron.
As regards the settlers' attacks, they set fire to crops on an acreage of 70,000 square meters in Beren village in Hebron, 35,000 square meters in Far'ata village in Tulkarm and 40,000 square meters in Sebastia village in Nablus as well as lands in Madama village, the plain of Salem village, Deir Dibwan town, Al-Mughayir village, Khirbat Abu Falah, Beit Ur al-Tahta town and Sinjil town in Ramallah.
Other settlers looted crops in Beit Furik town in Nablus and in Ma'in in Masafer in Yatta town. They forced a Palestinian family out of their home in Khalayel al-Loz village in Bethlehem. They set fire to a Palestinian home, south of Bani Naim town in Hebron, six homes and five vehicles in Bruqin in Salfit and a car near Aqraba town in Nablus. They demolished three tents and three shelters in Yatta town. Meanwhile, others vandalized a water pipeline supplying the Shallaal Al-Auja community in Jericho. Moreover, settlers attempted to set fire to the Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Mosque and sprayed anti-Arab slogans in Hebrew on its walls.
