Update about military personnel gone missing in a military exercise

The Lithuanian Armed Forces informs that on March 25 at approx. 16.45 hrs a notification was received on 4 missing U.S. servicemembers and one tracked vehicle General Silvestras Žukauskas Training Area in Pabradė. A rescue mission began yesterday involving helicopters of the Lithuanian Air Forces and the State Border Guard. The Lithuanian Armed Forces leads a search and rescue operation with assistance of the Fire and Rescue Department and other institutions in the determined potential accident site.
